When are off-color jokes or stories of weekend antics acceptable? At what point do they cross the line? Sometimes it takes a new member of the team to challenge the cultural norms and redefine what is (and is no longer) acceptable workplace behavior.
Don’t let the culture define you. Be vigilant, stay true to your core values and encourage the right behaviors.
